Amanda Northey (nee Dempsey) has been the owner operator of Dempsey Fine Foods, a café and catering company in Port Carling. With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, and a Bachelor or Commerce specializing in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph, Amanda brings a balance of experience and passion for customer service to her clients. Because of the constant growth of the catering department, the retail store has recently been closed in favour of expanding the award-winning catering division and relocating it to Cranberry Cove Wellness Resort. Now clients may experience the best that Cranberry Cove Wellness Resort and Dempsey Fine Catering have to offer in their own homes, cottages, and many other beautiful Muskoka venues as well as on-site at the resort.
